In spite of having submitted the proposal for validation of the tribe certificate as late as on 21.08.2024, the petitioner is now seeking direction against the committee for deciding the proposal at the earliest in the wake of admission process through CAP round.

We dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to appear before the committee on 23.09.2024 and making a request to the committee to consider the petitioner's grievance and make endeavour to decide the proposal as early as possible.
