The marriage of the applicant with respondent was solemnized on 26th October, 2012 and out of certain disputes, proceedings being Hindu Marriage Petition No.976 of 2015 was initiated under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, seeking a decree for divorce.

Since the contentions in the present application seeking transfer of the proceedings are not controverted by the respondent, considering the convenience of the applicant, who is a woman, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to allow the application in terms of prayer clause (C) and accordingly the same stands allowed.
