Civil Application has been moved for withdrawal of the amount which has been deposited pursuant to the orders passed by this Court.

On earlier occasion, Civil Application bearing no. 13233 of 2016 had been filed by present applicant making a similar request based on the orders passed by this Court. This Court, under order dated 19-10-2016, for the observations as are appearing in the order, had allowed withdrawal of the amount. 3.

The amount sought under present Civil Application is for a subsequent period to the period which had been under consideration in Civil Application no. 13233 of 2016.

In the circumstances, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and is disposed of.

Learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 Mr. Bhokarikar requests that the matter be fixed for final hearing. 6.

As such Writ Petition alongwith all other incidental matters to come up for final hearing in the week commencing from 13-11-2017.
