During speaking to the minutes, learned Counsel for Respondent No.3 submitted that there is some typing mistake in paragraph nos.3 and 6 of the judgment dated 28th September, 2016. Instead of the words '56 and 68' it should be '56 to 68' and accordingly corrections to be made.

After hearing, this Court firms the opinion that such corrections need to be made. Registry is directed to make the corrections accordingly and issue the corrected copy of the judgment. Parties to act on authenticate copy.
