The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the writ petition all the respondents are served. According to the learned counsel, the identity card is not issued to the applicant for the second year B.E. (Computer Science and Engineering Course) on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The learned counsel submits that the validation proceedings is pending since 2009. 2.

This Court on 07.06.2017 has already passed an order directing the respondent no.4-college to allow the petitioner to prosecute his studies. In view of the said order, the respondent no.4-college ought to have issued the provisional identity card. The respondent no.4-college

( 2 ) 944 ca 11678.17 shall not with-hold the issuance of provisional identity card to the applicant for the second year B.E. (Computer Science and Engineering Course) only on the ground that the validation proceedings is pending. Civil application accordingly stands disposed of. 3.

Place the writ petition for admission on 27.09.2017. The learned A.G.P. shall take instructions with regard to the status of the validation proceedings, as it is stated that the same is pending since the year 2009.
