PER COURT :- The petitioner has tendered an Appeal to the State Government, challenging the order of disqualification passed against him on 26.7.2018, which is stated to be pending. It is informed that no interim protection has been granted in the appeal. A request is made by the petitioner for issuance of directions to the State Government to take decision in the Appeal expeditiously. Considering the facts and circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.1 to take decision on the pending Appeal presented by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today and it is accordingly directed.
