The Petitioner relies upon the judgment in Kishor Siddheshwar Wadotkar (Dr.) Vs. Director of Town Planning and others, [2007 (3) Mh.L.J.399].

After this matter was heard for sometime, we requested the learned Advocate Shri. Tope, who is on the Panel of the Municipal Corporation, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. He submits that, as the Petitioner has tendered two representations, dated 12/03/2024 and 11/08/2024, the Respondent/Corporation

10641.24wp (2) would consider the said representations in accordance with the Rules and the Policies applicable, and would take a decision within 45 days from today. The decision would be communicated to the Petitioner, forthwith.

In view of the above and by the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
