Heard learned Counsel for applicants, learned A.G.P. for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Counsel for respondent No.3.

Learned Counsel for applicants submits that, by order(Coram : Shrikant D. Kulkarni, J.) dated 27th October, 2021 has permitted applicants in connected group of matters to withdraw the deposited amount. Hence, requested to pass same order.

I have heard all learned Counsel. This Court has permitted the applicants in connected group of matters to withdraw the amount. Hence, I pass the following order :-

ORDER

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) Applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% amount out of deposited amount along-with accrued interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

(c) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of deposited amount on furnishing solvent surety/security/bank guarantee of any Nationalized Bank/Schedule Bank in like amount.

(d) The Civil Application is disposed of.
