The matter was called out in the morning session. We had asked Mr.Pulkundwar, learned A.G.P. to take instructions with regard to status of the validation proceedings of the petitioner.

In the afternoon session Mr.Pulkundwar,

2 W.P.No.10973/17 learned A.G.P. on instructions from Respondent No.4 states that the tribe claim of the petitioner is invalidated, not on merits but for other reasons under order dated 27.10.2016.

In any case, the petitioner will be required to challenge the said order and claim further reliefs.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Scrutiny Committee and seek such further relief as may be permissible in law. No costs.
