Learned Advocate for the appellant - Insurance Company would submit that the claimant claimed to have been the second driver on the truck involved in the accident. 3.

It, however, appears that one who was driving the vehicle at the relevant time was not injured and as such, there is no claim by him.

It is informed that both the legs of the applicant have been amputed below thigh.
