The petitioners are accused in crime No.121 of 2015, registered with Police Station Georai, Dist. Beed. On perusal of the complaint which is lodged immediately after the incident, one gets an impression that because of previous enmity the complainant and her companion were abused and assaulted. It is alleged that abuses were on the basis of caste of the complainant. It is also alleged that the petitioners /

crwp1277.15 accused do not belong to Schedule Caste.

It also appears from the F.I.R. that sticks were used to assault at least two persons. Since the complaint was lodged immediately, there is possibility that during investigation the police would get medical certificate indicating injuries suffered by the complainant and her companion. All ingredients of the offences lodge against petitioners are in existence.

We are therefore not inclined to set aside the complaint. The Cr.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
