PER COURT :- This is an application by Shri Shaneshwar Devasthan for their impleadment as party respondent to the petition. The petition relates to the levy of pilgrim tax . The tax is to be paid by the pilgrims, who visit the Devasthan and as such, the intervenor is necessary to be impleaded as party to the petition. The application is thus allowed. The applicant is directed to be impleaded as intervenor in the petition. The intervenor may present the affidavit, if deemed necessary, within two weeks. The application is allowed.
