DATE : 12th July, 2017 ORAL ORDER Seen application in Civil Application No. 12805 of 2016. This Court on 28th April 2016, at the request of petitioner, adjourned the matter so as to enable petitioner to make a statement as to time within which he will deposit amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rs. Five lacs only). While recording such statement this Court has not granted any relief adjudicating rights of the parties.

Now present applicant-petitioner has come out with a prayer in

CA 12805-2016 (2) the application that he shall deposit amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- within eight weeks. Said statement is accepted. Petitioner is at liberty to deposit Rs. 2,00,000/- and it is clarified that the amount be accepted as undertaken.

In the backdrop of the observations made hereinabove, application stands disposed of.
