The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 13/07/2018 passed by the Trial Court, by which, injunction has been clamped upon the petitioner till the Civil Misc. Application No. 151/2017 seeking succession certificate is decided.

Having considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner, I find that the ends of justice would be met by expediting the proceedings since the issue involved is with regard to seeking a succession certificate. 3.
