Learned advocate for the applicant states that copy had been supplied, however, the office had not realized the same and under the circumstances, the matter stood dismissed. He fairly submits that he would once again supply, if really needed, copy of the petition for service on the respondent. He also contends that he has already served the respondent privately. 2.

Having regard to aforesaid, civil application stands granted in terms of prayer clause "B". Order dated 10th July, 2015, stands recalled. Petitioner to supply copy if required by the office within
