3. Learned counsel for the applicants would state that the revision challenging the order under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. has been stayed. Therefore, the investigation is stalled. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Sessions Judge, Dhule is requested to dispose of the

53-Cri.WP.1249-22.odt Criminal Revision Application No.65 of 2022 within 15 days from the receipt of this order. The Investigating Officer shall not stop investigation for any reason. If the Investigating Officer requires to have the custodial interrogation of NonApplicants, he shall serve upon them a 10 days advanced notice.

Criminal Application No.3394 of 2022 stands disposed of accordingly.
