2] Seen para 3 of the affidavit dated 16.9.2015. We quote para 3 as under : - " I say and submit that, the encroachments on the Gairan Land bearing Gut nos. 635 and 636 at village Barbada, Taluka Naigaon, District Nanded has been removed on 8.9.2015 by the Tahsildar, Naigaon and report to that effect has been submitted to the Collector, Nanded."

3] In view of the above statement, the petition stands disposed of. No costs.
