Learned AGP informs that, the Caste Scrutiny Committee has rather belatedly passed an order rejecting the petitioner's claim. There is certainly delay in passing of the order. The order passed by this Court dt. 25.02.2015 is not properly complied with but, we are not initiating any action against the respondents. 3.

Petition stands dismissed.
