The Scrutiny Committee shall abide by the directions issued by this Court on 05.03.2018 in Writ Petition No.10473 of 2017. The University shall accept the examination form of the petitioner. The permissibility of the petitioner to appear for examination would depend upon the outcome of the caste certificate validation proceedings pending with the Scrutiny Committee.
