The present application is filed for intervention. The contention of the learned Advocate for the intervenor is that road has been granted through his field although, he is not a party to the proceeding before the learned Mamlatdar. Since the petition is decided finally, relegating the petitioners to the alternate remedy of filing a Civil Suit, if they so choose, no fruitful purpose will be served by the application for intervention.

Learned Counsel for the intervenor seeks remedy to challenge the order passed by the Mamlatdar. The intervenor is also at liberty to take appropriate recourse for redressal of his grievance.
