Heard the learned Advocate for the parties. This Application is moved for condonation of delay of 288 days , caused in filing of the First Appeal for enhancement of amount of compensation.

The learned Member MACT, Nanded, by way of impugned judgment and order dated 24.06.2015 had partly allowed the Claim Petition, directing respondent to pay compensation of Rs 26,85,000/-.

6ca14671.16 vehemently opposes the application stating that no sufficient reason is made out for condonation of delay. Considering the reasons assigned in the application for condonation of delay, the application stands allowed and delay is condoned. The application is disposed off.
