This is an application for seeking withdrawal of the amount of Rs. 40,000/- which has been deposited in this Court. The amount has been deposited by the respondent i.e. husband of the present applicant. The learned counsel for the respondenthusband has opposed for allowing such withdrawal, however, i do not see any reason for not allowing the applicant to withdraw the amount which has been deposited towards the maintenance of the applicant. The application, therefore, stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
