Learned counsel appearing for the appellant, on instructions, submits that due to passage of time, cause for filing present appeal has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel however, prays that the lower appellate court may be directed to dispose of the pending appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months.

In view of above submission, this appeal is disposed of as infructuous with direction that the lower appellate court shall dispose of the pending appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today.
