The petitioner seeks promotion to the post of Head Mistress. It is contended by respondent no.6 is promoted as Head Mistress. 2.

If the petitioner claims to be senior and respondent no.6 is promoted, the petitioner has already remedy before the School Tribunal. 3.

In light of the above, as the petitioner has remedy, we are not not inclined to entertain this petition.

Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to avail available in law. All contentions are kept open.
