1) Heard. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith With consent of learned Counsel for parties, the petition is taken up for final disposal.

2) It is not in dispute that the petitioners are similarly situated like the petitioners in Writ Petition No.5902 of 2015. In that view of the matter, for the same reasons, which are assigned in the judgment in Writ Petition No.5902/2015, we pass following order, -

ORDER

I) The respondents shall consider the

WP No.10431/2015 petitioners eligible for grant of Selection Grade pay after satisfying themselves about the petitioners having completed 18 years continuous service on 1.1.1986 and if found eligible, shall grant them pecuniary benefits and arrears arising therefrom as early as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.

II) Rule is made absolute in above terms with no order as to costs.
