1) Heard. Rule. Rule returnable forthwith. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the petition is taken up for final disposal. 2) There is no dispute that the present petitions are similarly situated like the petitioners in Writ Petition Nos.1311/1997 and connected writ petitioners. According to the counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are appointed prior to 1972. In that view of the matter, for the same reasons which are assigned while disposing of the aforesaid group of writ petitions, we direct the respondents to release the monetary benefits in

WP No.10518/2015 favour of the petitioners in accordance with the determination as indicated in the said judgment in group of writ petition. The respondents shall disburse monetary benefits receivable by each of the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today. Rule made absolute in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
