Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking setting aside of order dtd.02.03.2020 by which this Court had dismissed delay condonation application as well as First Appeal of the applicants for non-supply of spare copies. The learned counsel for the applicants now undertakes to supply of those copies for issuing notices to the respondents within two weeks.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause B and C subject to supply of spare copies by the applicants for issuance of notices to the respondents, within two

weeks from the date of this order. If such copies are supplied, then issue notices to the respondents, returnable six weeks thereafter. 3.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
