22-11-2021 PER COURT :- This application is filed by applicant-original respondent - PF authority seeking permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.25,00,000/- alongwith interest accrued thereon, deposited by respondent-original petitioner in pursuance of the orders dated 27-11-2017 and 15-06-2018 passed in Writ Petition No.3358 of 2012 and in Civil Application No. 5914 of 2018. 2.

Learned Advocate for the respondent-original petitioner submits that he has no objection for withdrawal of the amount by the applicant-PF authority. However, the said amount needs to be taken into consideration while calculating the amount which the respondent-petitioner is liable to pay towards provident fund interest, damages and arrears.

Learned Advocate for the applicant-PF authorities makes a statement that the amount after withdrawal will be credited in the account of respective employees of the respondentpetitioner school, excluding the administration charges as applicable.
