The learned AGP takes objection to this petition on the ground that an alternate remedy is available to the petitioner before the authority under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. 2.

In view of the objection raised, the petitioner seeks liberty of this court to withdraw the present petition so as to pursue the remedy before the appropriate authority under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that his vehicle, which is attached be directed to be released on certain terms and conditions. This

If such an appeal is preferred, then the appellate / revisional authority to decide the application of the petitioner for release of vehicle in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
