Shri Jadhav, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of both the Petitioners submits, on instructions from the Petitioners who are present in the Court, that they are willing to accept the amounts of Rs.49,871/- in the case of the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.3166/2015 and Rs.54,099/- in the case of the Petitioner in Writ Petition

*2* No.3224/2015, along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum w.e.f. 01.04.2008 till the actual payment.

Shri Upadhye, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent/ Management, submits on instructions from the representative of the Management present in the Court, that the interest at the rate of 6% per annum from 01.04.2008 would be granted to both these Petitioners with regard to the amounts payable to them. He places on record a copy of the Chart indicating the amounts payable to the Petitioners.

The said chart is taken on record and marked as Exhibit X for identification.

Shri Upadhye further submits, on instructions, that 6% interest from 01.04.2008 till the actual payment shall be added to the amounts mentioned in Exhibit X and the same will be paid to the Petitioners by Demand Drafts on or before 30.09.2015. Recording the statements made on instructions and in the light of Exhibit X, both these Writ Petitions are disposed of by noting that the Respondent/ Management shall pay the said amounts without fail on

*3* or before 30.09.2015 and the dispute in between the parties arising out of the employment and non-employment of the Petitioners shall stand extinguished.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petitions, the pending Civil Application, if any, does not survive and stands disposed of. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
