Present petition seeks direction for the appointment of the petitioner to be made by the respondent Nos.1 to 4 under any Urdu Primary School/Urdu Classes run by Zilla Parishad, Municipal Corporation and Municipal Council under the State of Maharashtra as Urdu Shikshan Sevak on the post of Urdu Primary Teacher as stop gap arrangement till the TET candidates are made available for the post of Urdu Primary Teachers under the State of Maharashtra.
WP_1085_2019 The petitioner is possessing the qualification of H.S.C. D.Ed. and CET and she was selected for the post of Shikshan Sevak from Urdu Medium under respondent Zilla Parishad, Raigad, however, she could not attend for the joining of the said post due to personal reasons. Since she is having qualification, she had submitted that her representation be considered. This Court issued notice to the respondents by order dated 15.02.2019 and the matter was pending for its disposal. In the meantime, the petitioner filed application bearing Civil Application No.14698 of 2022, wherein she has prayed that the respondent No.4 be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner/applicant dated 26.07.
2022 for her appointment as Shikshan Sevak on the post of Urdu Primary Teacher under Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, Jalna or near about Zilla Parishad. Heard learned Advocate Mr. V.G. Salgare for petitioner and learned AGP Mrs. M.A. Deshpande for respondent Nos.1 to 4. It has been now submitted on behalf of the petitioner/applicant that the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2022 can be considered by respondent No.4 on its merits and in that term the writ petition can be disposed of. Learned AGP representing respondent Nos.
WP_1085_2019 concerned authority, taking into consideration on its merits as well as the Government Resolutions now prevailing.
In view of these statements the writ petition stands disposed of with directions to the respondents, especially respondent No.4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2022, on its merits, as well as by taking into consideration the prevailing Government Resolutions.
