By the present application, the petitioner seeks to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent No.1, on account of his death, on 04/09/2021.

Though the application seeks impleadment of three persons as the legal heirs of respondent No.1, the Counsel, now state that apart from three heirs, there are three more legal heirs, who deserve to be brought on record as this was brought his notice, by the learned Counsel for the respondent.

On consideration of the application and since the death certificate is placed on record, there being no delay in bringing the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The application is granted, by permitting all the legal heirs of respondent No.1 to be brought on record. Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week from today. 3.

Issue notice to the newly added respondents. The learned Counsel Shri. Bhagwat waives service of notice for newly added respondents.
