The learned counsel for the petitioner and Additional Govt. Pleader for the respondents jointly submit that the impugned judgment and order passed by respondent No.2 was also challenged by the real sister of the petitioner,namely, Sushma, by way of filing W.P. No. 7511 of 2018. Therefore, this petition can be conveniently disposed of in terms of the judgment and order passed by the Division Bench of this Court ( Coram : Shantanu Kemkar and N.W. Sambre, JJ) in W.P. No. 7511 of 2018 on 23.7.2018. In the light of joint prayer of the counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader; and in view of the fact that the judgment and order impugned in the present petition was already subjected to judicial scrutiny in aforesaid W.P. No.

7511 of 2018 filed by the real sister of the petitioner, for the same reasons assigned in the said judgment and the observations made/conditions laid down in paragraph Nos. 7 and 8 of the aforesaid judgment, we dispose of the petition and direct the Committee to issue Tribe Validity Certificate to the petitioner.
