The petitioners desire to avail of the benefits under the Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Shetkari Karjmukti Yojna, 2019 introduced vide Government Resolution dated 27th December, 2019. Their names are included in the list of ineligible candidates. They have tendered representations set out in prayer clause 'D' to justify that the decision to exclude them is unsustainable and they deserve to be included in the list of eligible candidates. The petitioners pray that the representations be decided within a time frame. 2.

It is submitted that respondent Nos.1 and 2 can decide the representations.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representations of the petitioners set out in prayer clause 'D', as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 15th January, 2023. Prayer clause 'D' reads as under:

"D) By issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order in the like nature, the respondents may please be directed to decide the representations dated 07.01.2022, 25.01.2022, 14.06.2022, 15.07.2022 and 22.08.2022 filed by the petitioners and extend the benefits of the scheme Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Shetkari Karjmukti Yojna, 2019 to the petitioners."
