1] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are willing to settle the dispute as the matter pertains to family dispute. He further submits that the petitioners filed an application for issuing witnesses summons to the Tahsildar along with prayer to call for entire original file of tenancy certificate and the said application is rejected by the trial Court. He further submits that atleast the petitioners be given time to obtain certified copy of the original record from the tahsil office. 2] Considering his submissions, the trial Court to

11243.25WP defer the proceedings only for a period of six weeks and the trial Court would not entertain the application for further adjournment for the same purpose.
