Though the prayer in the petition has been made to quash the order dated 3rd July, 2023 passed by respondent No.3 whereby, the petitioner's CL-III Licence has been cancelled, however, learned counsel for the petitioner confines her prayer for issuance of a direction for expeditious disposal of the appeal filed by her challenging the said order. 3.

Accordingly, having regard to the innocuous nature of prayer, we dispose of the petition, with a direction to the

{2} 33 sr.no..odt Appellate Authority to consider and decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 3rd July, 2023 with expedition and, in accordance with law, say within a period of four weeks from the production of certified copy of this order before the Appellate Authority.
