In view of our order dated 06.11.2025, remarks from learned Labour Court, Jalgaon have been received and details have been given. It appears that the concerned Court was taking some steps, but from both the sides there was no full cooperation. However, now it appears that the matter is proposed to be disposed of within a period of three months.

In view of the above, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the learned Labour Court, Jalgaon, to decide Criminal (ULP) No. 11 of 2018 within a period of three months. If at all the circumstances would arise, liberty is granted to the concerned Court to seek an extension from this Court.
