The learned counsel appearing for the appellants again seeks four weeks time to take steps for bringing the legal heirs of respondent nos.3, 5 and 6 on record and to supply correct address of the respondent nos.1, 2 and

7. After the address is supplied, issue fresh notice to respondent nos.1, 2 and 7 by regular mode as well as by RPAD, made returnable on 28.06.2024. The appellants to bear the required postal charges. 2.

In the meantime, the appellants shall file an application for bringing the legal heirs of respondent nos.3, 5 and 6 as well as for condonation of delay and setting aside abatement, if any.
