Appellant and respondent Nos.1 to 3, who are the respondent No.2 and original claimants before the Tribunal, have arrived at a compromise. The said compromise pursis has been filed and it is now marked as Exh.'X' for identification. The said compromise has been verified through learned Registrar (Judicial). Taking into consideration those facts, in view of compromise, the First Appeal stands disposed of The Judgment and Award passed in M.A.C.P. No.201/2016 is hereby set aside and it stands disposed of, in view of compromise pursis Exh.'X'.

FA_2644_2018 Award be drawn accordingly.

The original claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount as per compromise pursis, which is deposited with this Court, and excess amount, if any, be refunded to the appellant. So also, the refund of Court fee would be as per rules.
