Present Petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent No.2 - the Deputy Director of Education, Pune Region, Pune, for grant of approval for the appointment of the petitioners to the post of Clerk and Lab. Assistant pursuant to the proposals submitted by respondent No.4 education society, on 26th December 2022 and 30th July 2025.

Learned AGP submits that the said proposals would be decided within six weeks. The statement is accepted.

We, therefore, dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.2, the Deputy Director of Education, Pune Region, Pune, to decide the said proposals submitted by respondent No.4 education society on 26th December 2022 and 30th July 2025, within SIX WEEKS.
