Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the applicants would state that during pendency of this application, the charge sheet has been filed. The charge has also been framed and the case is listed for examining the witnesses. Learned counsel for the applicants would further submit that there is no evidence against the applicants. Applicants are young. They are the bread earner of their family. They are falsely implicated in the crime.

3. Learned APP would oppose the application contending that there is material against the applicants. The robbed property has also been recovered. The applicants have been

929-BA.1712-22.odt identified in T. I. Parade. Hence, the applicants have no good case on merit.

In view of the fact that there was a recovery of the robbed property and identification of the applicants in T. I. Parade, it would be inappropriate to release the applicants on bail.

For the reasons stated above, the application stands dismissed.
