By this application, applicants seek to condone the delay of 408 days caused in filing appeal.

Applicants are agriculturists, pursuing for grant of just compensation towards acquired land. Reasons as shown in para no.3 onwards shows that the delay is not intentional or deliberate. Claimants have not derived any advantage by making delay.

In that view of the matter, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, following order:

ORDER

a.

Application is allowed.

b.

Delay of 408 days caused in filing appeal is hereby condoned.

c.

Appeal be registered, subject to removal of office objections.
