This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Choudhari, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is present. Mr. Gandhi, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 is present. The learned advocate for appellant submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the MACT, Newasa in MACP No. 132/2014.

A pursis is filed by learned counsel Mr. Choudhari for withdrawal of appeal along with communication dated 10.02.2023 issued by the Legal Manager of the appellant.

In view of the withdrawal pursis (marked as "X") the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The amount is deposited in this Court. The claimants are permitted to withdraw the same along with accrued interest. 6.
