Mr. Chavan, the learned counsel submits that validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending since 2016 and he wants to prosecute post graduation studies.

We have heard the learned Addl. Govt. Pleader for respondents.

In case, the validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with the committee then the
