By issuing writ of mandamus or by way of any other appropriate writ, order or directions in like nature, respondent No.2 to 4 may kindly be directed to consider the petitioner post from subject of Math and Science instead of

The learned Advocate representing Respondent Nos.2 to 4/Zilla Parishad, Beed is aware that the Petitioner is a Mathematics Teacher. He submits on instructions that, the representation of the Petitioner, dated 02/09/2024, would be decided on it's merits and in accordance with the law applicable, within a period of 15 days from today.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
