For the reasons recorded in the applications, delay of 648 days caused in preferring the present appeals and in the interest of justice, stand condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five Thousand only) each, to be paid to the Library, High Court Bar Association, Bench Aurangabad within period of six weeks from today.
