The petitioner has filed the application seeking a direction of the Magistrate under section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure being Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 611 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kaij, District - Beed. The application was filed on 12-11-2020 and still has not been decided. He is seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide that application.

Considering the fact that the application was filed way back on 12-11-2020 and even there is an endorsement by the then Magistrate on 21-11-2020 directing the matter to be placed for

2 Cr. WP / 1426 / 2022 arguments, we are surprised to note that the Magistrate has taken this much of time for deciding that application.
