Learned Counsel Mr. Sonpethkar for the petitioner submits that evidence in the suit has already been started, and therefore, he does not want to press the instant writ petition. He seeks permission to withdraw the petition and states that if situation arises, he will submit fresh application before the trial Court for appointment of the Commissioner. 2.
