1] Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that she has already deposited the statutory amount in the matters and seeks restoration of the appeals. She further submits that the applicant would deposit further Rs.50,000/- within a period of two weeks from today. 2] In view of the same, the order dated 17.04.2023 passed by this Court is recalled. Appeals are restored. 3] Subject to deposit Rs.50,000/- within a period of two weeks, the orders of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal under challenge is stayed.

83-CA-11639-23 (+1) 4] In the event, the amount is not deposited within the stipulated period, stay granted by this Court would stand automatically vacated.

5] The claimants are permitted to file applications for withdrawal of amount.

6] Learned advocate for the applicant/appellant submits that in execution of the orders passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in MACP Darkhast No.8 of 2021 in MAC Petition No.73 OF 2016 and MACP Darkhast No. 9 of 2021 in MAC Pettion No 74 OF 2016, the applicant is taken in the civil prison.

7] In view of the stay granted today, the applicant be released from the civil prison and the orders passed in above Darkhast Nos.8 of 2021 and 9 of 2021 are stayed 8] Civil applications are disposed 9] List the appeals on 20.12.2023.
