Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the appellant-insurance company. Considering the averments in the application for withdrawal of amount and having regard to the objections raised by the appellant insurance company in exception to the impugned judgment and award, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

ORDER

i) The applicants are at present permitted to withdraw amount of Rupees Six Lakhs from the amount deposited by the insurance company in this court on submitting an undertaking that if any adverse order is passed they will re-deposit the amount so withdrawn by them within four months of passing such order.

921 ca 13305.16.odt ii) Balance amount be invested in any nationalized bank in F.D.R. initially for a period of two years and if required, for a further period till the disposal of the appeal. iii) Civil application stands disposed of.
